Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your DRNK products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund due to health and safety reasons.

  • Final sale or promotional items are not returnable.

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If an issue arises due to the shipping carrier (e.g., lost, delayed, or damaged package), a claim can be made directly with that provider.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at onlydrnk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
